Payment is due at the conclusion of each session.
Multiple sessions may be purchased in advance. Any unused, pre-paid sessions may be refunded upon request.
All training sessions are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be charged to client at Michael's discretion.
Extensive drive time is subject to a surcharge.
Sessions that require extensive drive time must have surcharge negotiated in advance.

STRETCH, ROLL
+ MOBILITY
Stretch/Roll/Mobility sessions are designed to teach client the proper use of equipment for stretching and proper techniques of foam rolling to target specific muscle groups. Active mobility exercises are incorporated to help achieve maximum range of motion when needed, and to promote functional muscle movement during the client’s daily activities.
